I have a local group that wants to do ribs as a fundraiser. They want to sell ribs by the slab for the labor day weekend. What kind of packaging do you use to put the ribs in once cooked. Are there foil bags you can buy etc. Any help appreciated.:eek:

I store mine in Food Saver vacuum bags. They reheat easily in a simmering pot of water.

use foodsaver vacuum bags. DO NOT use foil, if there is salt in the rub it will eat holes in the foil.
