Non Sanctioned contest, Sausage Entry
Ok folks....keep your dirty jokes to yourselves about "Sausage Entry"
I'm doing a non sanctioned contest this weekend and one of the categories is Sausage. Anyone turned in sausage before for an entry? I'm looking for ideas on what to turn in and for presentation.

We've done full sausages on the sides of the box, with some nice on the bias slices arranged in the middle.

FATTY! chopped for a base and slices either in rows or fanned out on top.

How about some stuffed mushrooms.

Maybe butterflied, sausage stuffed shrimp.

Sausage & cheese pie.

Mexican cornbread.

Sausage balls, stuffed with something, wrapped in bacon.
