I have been volunteered to be in charge of food for our church picnic in Sept. It is at Holy Family Parish in Shorewood, IL. I am excited since I have worked the kitchen for three years now and enjoy it greatly. Also, I am looking to get involved in competitive BBQ'n, so This will help me in dealing with health dept. and cooking for masses. I am attending my first meeting this Wed to discuss picnic. My input on menu will hold a lot of weight. Any ideas out there on best way to proceed
