First Cook On the Backwoods Patio Smoker.
4 Attachment(s)
Well, Picked up a Patio smoker on Craigslist last week.
Had to try it out this weekend with a 9.35# Boston Butt and some BBQ Peach Baked Beans. I used about 8 pounds of Kingsford with a few chunks of Hickory thrown in for good measure. This was my first time using an insulated smoker, and I AM HOOKED! Wow, what a treat... Now, I am thinking how I can come up with a bigger one, like the Chubby, or the Party...:mrgreen: |
Congrats! Butt looks great. I love my backwoods too.

Congrats on the new smoker and your first cook on her. My patio was my first backwoods smoker (which I still own) followed by a Party and now I am wishing for a new competitor
