Hickory & Oak Smoked Ham

Thanks to some great postings and pics, I was inspired to smoke my first ham. I bought a nice spiral sliced ham, added some rub, and threw it on the Kingsford Oval for about 3 hours at 200 degrees. I honestly didn't know what to expect...I was pleasantly surprised! The smoke flavor was prominent, but not overpowering. Needless to say, we've been eating some really good ham on rye sammiches this week!
