This aired on the The Rhode Show this morning, the local FOX morning show.
This is only five minutes from the show. There were two more segments with three other students. A grilled pork tenderloin entree by a female student. Also there was a chocolate tear drop filled with espresso and marscapone semi- fredo mousse with honeyed raspberries. there was a total of 10 minutes on air with interviews with students, myself, and hosts.

Well it was a great day on Saturday, we won the first round. That meant we had to head to head in a cook off with another school.
That school was Tottenville High School, Staten Island NY.
Well as per ususal my team got "Resreve Grand Champion", actually 2nd place.
