Pulled Chuck Roll..Take 2
Chuck Roll was $1.75 at Cash and Carry so I grabbed a 23 pounder. I cut it into thirds and put one in the freezer for later. My Son's birthday is today (25th) so I'm having The Kinfolk over and serving BBQ Beef sammys, baked beans and salad. Pics to follow.

Thanks to all who chimed in on my last query about how to smoke chuck for pulled beef sammys. It turned out great! Pics as promised. Correction. My Son's birthday was the 27th.
