Carniswine Pie (lots o pics)
Ok, this is my first post with pics, so we'll see how this goes.
This is a creation of pork loin sliced thin, layered in a pan, then topped with salami, spinach, rub, more pork loin, proscuitto, more loin, mazzerella cheese, loin, and then cover with bacon, and bbq sauce!

Looks really good! Lots-o-meat.
Is that a standard size pie pan or one of those mini ones?

Big'un 03-17-2009 07:30 AM

It's a smaller one. I'll do a larger one next time, because of everybody wanting some.
