Recently, As I have no food license or catering license because of my move, I have been killing time in Texas doing some charity work for a few people through my Church. Attachment 25095Attachment 25094
This is a small 30 brisket sale we did recently. Normally, though I have cooked that many briskets before, even more at times, I have rarely had to defat and slice them for individual packaging before. It was a hassle doing it this way.
Great briskets on the Brazos, a non-tuned, 1980's pit I help get going again.
It's all good though and glad to see you're back into video making.

I had to cut the video of one of my friends out when he was talking about it. He just kept going on and on about the "henious crimes" some of these boys had committed and stuff. LOL I was like whoa... we are trying to get people involved... lets let the crimes be sort of nameless for now.
He was a good guy though.
