A gallon? Dang. Marinate or brine something in it. See what happens.:icon_sick Or use it in your water pan even.

If you want to get rid of it, repost with a subject line:

"Hey Shane! I week supply of Liquid Smoke for Free"

bigabyte 02-05-2009 04:22 PM

Boil some ribs in it!!!!!!

The Anchorman 02-05-2009 04:31 PM

Sorry. Wrong answer.

The correct answer was that a "best by" date on this would be an oxymoron.

How much if you just dump it out?:-P

bigabyte 02-05-2009 06:41 PM

I think you may have to file an Environmental Impact Statement before you can just dump it like that!

I hope you guys know that liquid smoke is in most every commercial BBQ sauce out there. You eat more liquid smoke than you care to admit.

bigabyte 02-06-2009 07:32 AM

I know that, but what are we supposed to do with a GALLON of the stuff? Make a 10,000 gallons of sauce? I still say boil ribs in it. Give it that authentic smoked ribs taste.
