He & Craig have joint ventured on BBQ sauce also I got 9th at smoke on the water & Ritter placed 5th at the jack in the sauce comp part they are working on getting it bottled right now.

There are a lot of commercial rubs out there... Texas BBQ Rub ranks at, or very near the top of my list. The Texas Pepper Jelly is some good stuff too!

anyone know the order of ingredients on the ingredient list??
just wondering where people put things like salt, sugar, paprika Ive seen these go all over the place....ive found each of them can be the main ingredient |
