I'm new to smoking and would like some hands on experience. I live in Weatherford west of Fort Worth about 20 min., but would be willing to travel for the experience. I'm not nessicaraly looking for a comp. team just someone to give some hands on advice. Send me a PM or E-mail me about times and locations.

Saturday Aug 30, there is a BBQ comp at Cabelas. Walk around and ask questions. What type of cooker do you have or plan on getting?

There is also one in Sept (19th and 20th) at Bass Pro in Grapevine.

Thanks guys I am really learning alot on the website I just wanted to meet some people in person and talk. I know not to interrupt when they are busy. Anyway thanks again for the dates.
