pork butt cyro broken
 
how long will a pork butt last in the fridge when the cyro is broken? I tightly wrapped it with plastic wrap and put it in my meat fridge that stays closed.

I am planning on cooking on Friday or Saturday and I was wondering if the butts would be ok?

Might be ok, just give it the smell test before cooking it.
