There are 5 of us on the team but everyone isn't always able to make it. There usually at least 3 or 4 of us at anyone contest.

We haven't nailed down or 2008 schedule but I believe we will be doing the conests at Pleasant Hill, Mo, Osage City, KS, Lawrence, Ks, and the GAB in Kansas City, KS. Will also be in Laurie, MO and potentially La Platte, Ne in August.

Anyone interested in learning about KCBS competitions is welcome to hang out with us for a weekend. Just send me a PM.

I can vouche for the Meatheads. Most of all I know about competition BBQ, I learned from Wayne, Bob and the guys. Must be willing to make and drink 'ritas!
