DFW 99 cent/lb butts
 
Tom Thumb add has pork butts for .99/lb. If I can find a decent brisket at Sams, I'll be cooking both this week. Tom Thumb also has Chuck roast for $1.87/lb.

The quality at the Tom Thumb I usually shop wasn't that great. I'll cook what I have in the freezer. But I did grab a couple to grind for sausage. Thanks for the tip!

Yep same here Jorge. They did have brisker "on sale" for $1.59/lb. The good thing is the store on 1709 had a few choice briskets mixed in the pile. There was about 4 left yesterday.
