sunday i finished putting my cooker back togather.covered the hole thing with crisco an built a fire inside 3-4 hrs.this morning i fired it up an put 2 butts on 1 for me an 1 for my brother.hope they come out right.

I made Jorge a committment to restore my Bandera. I will do it in the next couple weeks providing I don't get sent away, and will post pics.

they fell apart when i tookem off the racks.but just a bit too much br sugar in my rub.but the wife says GREAT
