Saturday Briskit
Spent the day Saturday tending to the kettle

Picked this up Friday, trimmed injected and rubbed in the fridge overnight

On the kettle by 6:am

3 hours in first mopping and still drinking water

5 hours and second mop means it must be 5:00 somewhere time for a Bud

12 hours later the finished product

Just had showoff the smoke ring

Served with slaw and baked beans in bacon bowls
