Hey guys, I haven't been around much due being mega busy. I need some advice, and I know you guys are ones to discuss this with. I am smoking a couple hams for Easter. I need a recipe or a glaze to really set these off. This isn't a typical Easter gathering. We are also revealing the gender of our first child to both sides of the family!! I want the ham to be as memorable as the rest of the day. Thanks a million in advance!
