This was Friday nights cook.

An adult beverage for me and my lovely assistant

OK, fess up. Looks like there's black pepper salt and garlic in there too...

Love the fish. I've never even thought to fry them like that. Nice meal. :thumb::thumb:

This item was given to me as a gift from my mother inlaw. It's from Mexico. Buy if you google disk it they sell something similar.
