New guy
Hello to all,
I've been smoking for years, usually on homemade smokers, plywood construction, heat sources ranged from coffee cans with charcoal and wood to propane. The last one I made was cedar sided with gable shingled roof about six feet tall and two feet square, kinda looked like a tall doll house. neighbor asked what it was so I told him it was an outdoor urinal.
I broke down and bought a big green egg also. It definitely has it's place in smoking. I look forward to picking up some tips and maybe contributing some of my own, I don't do this for a living so I don't keep secrets. I f I can help I will.
