6 Whole Chickens and a lonely Butt with PrOn

Cooked 6 whole chickens yesterday and a pork butt.
Brinned the chickens over night. Chopped ingredients to stuff the chickens mixed with olive oil, and salt lick seasoning.

Lonely pork butt. Going to cook, shred, and freeze to warm up and eat after one of my son's basketball games (beats eating out!).

Not a great picture of the final chicken product, but my family loves this chicken recipe.

My wife got a new dutch over for the house so I took the old one for my cooking. After 5 hours of smoke I loaded the butt in the dutch over to finish and here she is whole then shredded.

That butt looks pretty good. never thought of using a DO instead of wrapping.
