Buttermilk brine for turkey?

Has anybody used a brine similar to this?

1 gallon buttermilk

1 gallon water

2 cups kosher salt

6 TBS Jeff's rub recipe (it's a basic rub)

If so is it any good???

I use buttermilk & hot sauce on chicken no water. Easy way to do this with a turkey is to get a big oven cooking bag put the bag into a stock pot put the bird into the bag pour on the butter milk add your seasoning put on the twist tie and park it in the fridge over night. Pull it out in the AM rinse it off. To much time in the BM will make it mushy when cooked. The enzymes in the BM will start over tenderize it.
