A simple breakfast for Football day
I was inspired after having a few (yeah right) beers with groundhog66 yesterday and decided to make a breakfast to help my favorite NFL teams win. Guess I'm gonna keep making it every time as the Niners, Raiders and Packers all won today.
I started with 3 corn tortillas and gave them a quick fry. Added some Jalapeno refried beans that were already warm. Topped with some grated cheddar and then with some brisket point.
Then topped with a great Habanero salsa, fried some eggs, plopped on top. Then finished with some chopped green onions and a little dribble of more Habanero salsa.
Pretty darn tasty. I wish football season went all year long....
Yes please! I could go for one of those right now.
