Jambo Pit Questions
I am looking to purchase a Jambo Economy Model and had a few questions for anyone who is familiar. I've been trying to decide between Lang and a Jambo for a trailer smoker. There is all sorts of info regarding the Lang but it's hard to find all of the features of the Jambo for comparison.
How does the grease drain from the pit (is there a plate that directs to a drain)?
How are the pits cleaned after use?
Does it come with Upper and Lower racks?
With the door design being flush to the cooking chamber, how are temperature probes inserted into the cooker?
Has anyone used a Guru to increase the efficiency of the cooker? If so, was it retrofitted to the cooker or is it an option from Jambo?
Anyone have a used one for sale?
