He'll Yes
I would right now Put two ice cream size scoops of that brisket in a bowl. Drizzle with shack sauce and top with a Nathan's kosher dill. Eat it like a big ol bowl of what I remember BlueBell "eat's" like.

Okie Sawbones 10-13-2013 09:55 PM

Nice smoke ring, nice bark, it all goes down good, even if you need to sauce it a bit.

SmokinJohn 10-13-2013 10:02 PM

You can send me all the pieces you don't want.

Hitman0321 10-13-2013 10:28 PM

Still looks great. Sometimes I take the thinner part of the flat that is like that and just crumble it up to make hash, nachos, and chili with.

buccaneer 10-13-2013 10:36 PM

Still tastes good tho, right?

Phubar 10-14-2013 02:16 AM

LoneStarMojo 10-14-2013 02:18 AM

I'm gonna call that "Green" brisket. Because you can recycle that into so many other things! : )

sliding_billy 10-14-2013 02:56 AM

Looks damn edible from here.

Garrett 10-14-2013 05:25 AM

Over cooked is better than undercooked.!

Diesel Dave 10-14-2013 05:28 AM

It looks like it finished nice and tender.

You can pass me my plate now please :hungry:

FireChief 10-14-2013 07:18 AM

Believe it or not this is how we prefer our brisket. Tender enough to pull or shred or eat in big chunks. Wouldn't even worry about it and just enjoy it !
