Chuck on the pbc...
Hope I don't seem too dumb, but I have a pbc.Love it, but want to do more than chicken and ribs. Used the search and can't really find much on chuck on the pbc. Any help appreciated. Thank you all.

There are a couple of threads on doing a brisket in the PBC. I chuck would be similar.
