safe for uds build?

found a drum for $8 bucks (with lid) to build a uds. the contents was some kind of paint for surfaces like a tennis court. no liner in it. will a good burn take care of it or should i keep looking.

Burn it and go.

I'd think a good hot burn and a good scrub oughta do it.

funugy 09-23-2013 05:49 PM

I'd say wash, burn, wash.

A good hot burn and scrub it out and you're good to go

On another thread, fellas were talking about sand blasting. I'd like to try that, then burn and season... Then cook.
