No seasoning, just slow cooked to perfection in the Kamado at 250 for just under an hour. Delicious.....

Hard to convey thru th epics how fat laden and juicy this meat was. Not one hint of "fishy" flavor or smell.

Made a tuna salad the next day and used it in tuna melt panini sandwiches.... no pics BUT IT REALY DID HAPPEN.
