What To Do ......What To Do ?????
so im going to the butcher in an hour and i cant decide what to smoke ......either Brisket which ive only done one and it was a little tuff cause i pulled it to early ..... or spare ribs that i have dialed in and love them every time i do them ????

what do you guys think Brisket practice or spares ??

ohh ya its only me my wife and two young kids so if i do the brisket ill have lots of brisket sandwiches for lunch this week hahahaa

Yeah - why choose? Do both, brisket freezes great for later consumption.
