Chicken Bombs
4 Attachment(s)
I saw a post about some chicken bombs the other day and thought they looked damn good. Yesterday I just happened to have all the ingredients to make such a concoction.

So I gathered some chicken, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and bacon.

Then I started the assembly.

While they were cooking I made sure to drink some more beer (sorry no photos of drinking or cooking.

And the plate.

I must say, I will be making these again very soon.

The bombs look great, but I'm pretty dang interested in what you have on the side there! And how did ya make it? :)

juslearning 07-22-2013 05:11 PM

Those look good. Does the jalapeno stay crisp or does it soften? Also, what is the green salad looking stuff? That looks good too.

Nut 07-22-2013 05:34 PM

The jalapenos did soften, it probably helped that they were cut into thin strips.

The side was a cheese tortellini, pesto salad.

They are a simple, but tasty creation.
