Here's my first attempt at cupcake pan chicken. Really pleased with how it turned out. Finally got bite thru skin. Also the first time deboning thighs and will be doing that from now on. Followed Myrons technique but lowered the cooking time and put a little parkay on the skin when flipping them over in the cupcake pan.
Oh the rub is slap yo daddy chicken rub and sauce is 1/2 Blue hog and 1/2 Tennessee red.
