Looks good. You could also try turning out onto baking paper to get smoke on 4 more sides.

Smoked is the only way to go with the old meat loaf! Try it over mashed potatoes with onion gravy- see savageford's thread if interested.

Will look up those mashers.. Been loving the crisp bakers on the weber. Had a wet and crappy spring here, so I have some carbon credits to make up.
