Home made grill
A friend of mine is on a temp assignment in the Bahamas and he posted a picture of the following cooker. I never saw something like this before, I asked for some pics while it's in action, perhaps he will post some tomorrow, if so, I will share.
Looks interesting. I'm guessing the wood burns to coals, the coals get moved over, under the food. The aluminum sheet reflects the heat. Kinda' cool.
It is interesting. Thanks for posting it. I bet you are right as to how it is used.
I would want to enclose the sides a little so you do not let the fence on fire.
