1st Smoking
Fellas, it has been a while. But I finally smoked on my 275gal smoker (see for the first time this weekend. I sold ribs at the church and nearly sold out (only 1 slab left and the family demolished it). I apologize for no pics but I will be back on the yard every weekend starting July 20th until the winter comes in.

Amazingly the smoker cooked quick. The ribs were done and "pull off the bone" in about 2.5 hours! I could not believe it. I also only used 2 bags of charcoal as I only had 7 slabs. I definitely need to find a place that I can get ribs in bulk for a good price. If any of you guys know a place in the Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem area, let me know. I'm also looking at doing chicken too. I did not use the firebox at all because I had not modified the duct yet. But it still came out good.
