I bought the pack on sale. I have tried cherry and sweet and spicy. I have a pork but which new rub should I try? https://www.bigpoppasmokers.com/stor...elous-rub-pack

I love peppered cow! The sweet seduction is a pretty rub just looking at it!

The spicy apple is really good on pork butts. The pecan is really good on brisket and nekkid fatties.

I layer cherry and sweet seduction on ribs.

Season all i put on potatoes that I roast.

Peppered cow i like on chuck steaks and regular steaks.

Lotsa sugar in the Sweet Seduction so don't let your pit get too hot. I love mixing that with Habanero Death Dust.

season all is the best all around rub i've ever tried. good on everything.

deguerre 06-14-2013 08:07 AM

All of Steph's rubs are excellent, at worst.:-D

K-Train 06-14-2013 08:08 AM

It's hard to go wrong with any of Steph's stuff.

Do I use too much rub if I think I'd burn through that 13oz bottle on 3-4 racks of STL ribs? Might have to buy the 5lb bag

I went all out spicy apple. I am smoking with peach wood and am making a fresh peach bbq sauce.

Spicy apple will be great. Just used that last weekend. Next time try Sweet and Spicy. Excellent for pulled pork.
