Ok, so it isn't a new smoker or grill, but it's an even more important piece of equipment. Those who vend or have a restaurant can appreciate it anyway.
But I almost spent $4,300 on one of these Winston CVAPs just last week, but held off on placing the order. Then out of the blue I finally, after months of searching, found the exact same model on CL and was able to get it for just $1,000. The savings is going to cover a large chunk of the current restaurant renovations. :grin:
Thanks. Yeah, the savings will come in quite handy I'm sure. But having one of these will make holding most que a lot less stressful. If needed, it can keep big cuts like butts and briskets perfect and ready to go for upwards of 12 hours. Can't wait to start trying it out and dialing in the settings.
