LBE cooking pizza
Ok I am new to this great site. Cooking a pizza on the little black egg has been a inspirational idea. Your thoughts on using a chimney starter in place of a bayou gas burner. I believe the chimney starter can produce enough high heat and smoke flavor for at least 45 min using pre fired charcoal oak or mesquite or kingsford with 2 nice chunks of apple on top. Your thoughts.
