Sette Giugno BBQ (fatty Pr0n)
Sette Giugno is a public holiday here, we decided to have a BBQ with the fam. Some 'stuff' was thrown on a gasser, and I did 5 slabs of loin ribs, + a nice fatty
Next added 3 Quesos Cheese
Added some (left over) Fajita Chicken
Finished up & covered in bacon
On the smoker with the ribs
Took it off at 160 IT
Rested for 30 minutes, sliced and devoured
No chance to take more pics of the ribs, they were good (as usual).
I will definitely do another fatty with fajita chicken again!

Thanks guys. Actually I had planned to used some left-over chili con carne for the filling, but forgot to tell my wife so she took that for lunch the day before.... So that's another filling I'd like to try when we have some left-overs.
Of course I could also just use some of my 'proper' chili :idea:
