No one actually uses dried cow dung to directly smoke meat, do they? I always thought it was just for a heat source.

That being asked, the food looks really good!

I did not pickup on the fact the grill was cow dung. My question now is, how was the "clay" made?

Yes, the grill is made of African cow dung! Looks like clay, but is very light. The used charcoal is not made of dung of course, that's the finest Pure Natural Lemon Tree Lump Charcoal you can get. :smile:
