T-Bone Tonight!
 On the BLUE Performer. Cowboy lump. salt, pepper, some garlic powder. Hit it with some butter at the end of cooking. Reverse sear. Rested ten minutes and then eaten. It was very very good. Last weekend Costco had Choice T-Bones for $6.99/lb. Only bought one three-pack. Should have scored more than that!

Ready to go on! sat out for about 45 minutes.

I know what you mean. When I first met my wife, I took her to meet the family and had T bones that night, there were about 6 of us sitting with elbows on the table and bone in hand. Giving em hell!! After seeing that she want eat anything that has bone it.
