This little piggy... Is going in my tiny offset.

OK ladies and gentlemen-

I am dying to cook another whole hog, only problem is I have no need for loads of meat, and nobody to eat it. I've never cooked a small pig before, but my butcher says he can get me one from 15 pounds and up dressed.
Has anyone cooked a small, whole hog on a small offset like a silver smoker or nbbd or char griller?

What do y'all think, how big of a pig can I fit into my silver smoker?

I'm not sure if this will help. This guy did a 23 lb. on a WSM. So it should fir your silver smoker.
