Pork Steak on the Big Green Egg
Been a little preoccupied with my new hobby and have not posted much lately. So for you fans of Pork Steak here is my Q from last night.

Had a 9lb Butt sliced up and picked up some Mexican onions. Just some dry Rub on the Pork and then cooked Indirect at 375 for about 45 minutes.
