8 Butts & A Brisket
8 butts and a brisket for my first overnight cook on the MJH.
4 butts per rack if positioned carefully. I think I can get 2 briskets (13-15lb) per rack.
Thats awsome! The MJH has a huge capacity for a small cost.
I did my first overnight cook last night with 3 briskets. You are probably right about fitting a couple of briskets on each rack. At least when they cook down. Points at opposite ends would be the way to lay them out. Will try that out the next time I have multiple briskets.
The 3 briskets rubbed down and ready to go on the smoker
One got done an hour ahead of the other 2 and one was behind so it got stuck in foil
The last 2 done and resting before being wrapped in foil and going into a cooler
