I'd eat that just like it is.

The_Kapn 04-30-2013 05:16 PM

Are folks supposed to eat the garnish?
How do the flavors go together?

Is this some sort of "high end" sit down meal?

More info would help a lot.

Its for the foo foo people.

landarc 04-30-2013 05:20 PM

Well, it looks Foo-Foo

deguerre 04-30-2013 05:24 PM

Foo foo or not, I love cabbage and could make a nice little cabbage wrap with that. The parsley I probably wouldn't finish though...:becky:

bigbeef24 04-30-2013 05:27 PM

Foo Foo or not its was one of the best butts Ive smoked. Smoked with plum wood.

It looks good to me - I'd hit that so hard it would knock the 00 out of the Foo-Foo.

Butt Rubb'n BBQ 04-30-2013 05:54 PM

I'd tear that foo foo up!

93vpmod 04-30-2013 05:58 PM

Looks Great If you are doing a lot of them it may be hard to keep the meat warm I would definately hit that

superlazy 04-30-2013 06:03 PM

If Foo Foo is what they want them give em Foo Foo!!!
Either way if you sat that in front of me I'd chow it down:thumb:

BBQ ain't foo foo food.

Put that chit in an aluminum pan and let the flavor be the foo foo.

Looks good, but how about surrounding it with coleslaw instead? You won't get that much height as you do with the greens but at least people will grab both the slaw and the pork. Just an idea
