PBC Brisket and Flintstone Bronto Ribs!

Got inspired by Donnie's PBC Brisket thread. There were a few other things I wanted to say about his process, but I forgot what I wanted to say. Anyhow, Foil is the Chit!:becky:

Going with Oak chunks. All went in a 1PM. Brisket may need to get foiled since I don't have BP. I might use some a bit of a different approach with Saran Wrap. Looking for that same "doneness". Most of the rub was Kosher salt and pepper with some of the PBC All Purpose Rub. Ribs were hit with Salt Lick Rub.

Trusty Grilling/Smoking Pooch at the ready. Coco was helping me clean the pavement!:becky:
Total of 16 Rib Bones!

Interesting way of doing it for a small scale hanger. Post finished pics when done please.

Lazy Sunday

PBC hummin along. Coco is a very refined Basset. She has her own chair and will pretty much push you off it if you sit on it. Just chilling. The smell of the brisket and ribs is incredible.

Nice start...

Found some of this sauce at Wal-Mart. Decided I'd give it a try. Gonna thin some out with some beer and glaze the ribs. Pretty bold sauce. I like it!

Nice job, Bob!

Coco needs one of those chairs with an awning on it!

Really nice! I have a Boston Terrier that assumes the same position: Right next to the pit.

You mean Queen Coco don't you? I love the fact that she has her own thrown.

Q looks great.
