Wild turkey breast

Someone gave me a boneless wild turkey breast.

Does it need to be prepared or cooked any different from a turkey breast picked up at the grocery store? Guy that gave it to me said they have more of a gamey taste.

How and on what are you planning to cook it?

Taking suggestions on how. Was thinking something indirect.

Cooking on my Kamado Joe.

I would brine it first, then probably wrap in a bacon weave.

Here is a recent thread on the same subject.

Send it to me, and I will look it over.
