Semi pneumatic tires so I never have to worry about flats, powder coated frame, stainless steel table top. bottom rack is at an ergonomic 37" high. no more bending over to check on ribs for this guy.

Very nice cart, looks like cooking just got easier.

Do you flock your yard for winter?

Sweet cart.

Fantastic

Looks good! Tons of shelf space.
I just picked up some metal for mine. I am going to build a side shelf that will swing to the front to double as a basting deflector, that way I simply move it aside when adding more coal.

Very nice. I finished welding my cart for my Party last week. It is at the powder coaters now. I will have about $200 into it and about 10 hours of labor. I will post a new thread when I get it home.

Fit the work to the operator. Lord knows your repetative bbq motions put you at risk.

Looks awesome - how many $$$ did you lay down to build it?

boiler93 04-01-2013 07:54 PM

Awesome, love the height, sure will lessen a sore back.

Johnny_Crunch 04-01-2013 08:16 PM

Sweet!

Casters 100
Metal 75
Powder coat 60

Got off good on the labor since it was a family friend deal. Stainless was a scrap score as well

yeah, the cost of the metal and casters is relatively insignificant compared to the labor hours that go into building the cart.
