BBQ Thermometer W/WIFI in exchange of BBQ winner's receipt
There are so many receipts and know-how of smoking all over the internet.
But I can not tell which is the best to follow.
I would like to exchange my WIFI thermometer with answers from champs of BBQ competition.
I need every step from raw meat to final step to mouth. Say brine, rub, aging, searing, type of smoker, temperature of smoker and meat, time interval, ect.
I need answers from champions for pork, lamb, chicken, brisket. and overal champion.
I will give 5 pieces totally free to 5 champions, who win most approval from following up posts by other members here.
