Onyx Oven-Cooking with the stone
I recently purchased a Onyx but have yet to try cooking dry with the stone. Plan on it this weekend. Do you place the stone directly over the opening inside or set the empty water pan and place the stone over the empty water pan? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I am have been toying with the idea of getting an Onyx myself. What are your initial impressions with the unit? Quality, size, weight, etc. Looking forward to your thoughts.
