It looks good from here. I am looking forward to cooking on a new brumsfeds vertical I scored for some cooked food. The weather has been nasty for the last couple weeks here and I have had a nasty cold to boot so things have been on hold. I plan on making this a dedicated wood burner for now, what are you using in the fire box, and how are your temps so far?

14 lb brisket is ready. Cook took 18 hours. 200 degree internal temp. Letting it cool.... Probe test and it is like butter!
